PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Payments in cash or check can be made at the BPI/MS Head Office, any BPI/MS Branch or any BPI or BPI Family Savings Bank Branch.


  2. For check payments, please make check payable to BPI/MS Insurance Corporation.


  3. For bank payments, you can pay through any branch of BPI and BPI Family Savings Bank using the following SBA account numbers:


    1. BPI = SBA Account #0011-1447-72
    2. BPI Family Savings Bank = SBA Account #6001-0515-02


  4. Please take note that “1 deposit slip per policy being paid or 1 policy = 1 deposit slip".


  5. For credit card payment, you can pay only at the BPI/MS Head Office. Only BPI credit cards are accepted.
